Education Partnership between VTC Academy and RUBIKA – France
(According to VnExpress) – VTC Academy and RUBIKA (France) agreed to develop joint academic programs and cooperate in various other projects.
The signing ceremony of the education partnership on the implementation of the joint academic programs between the two institutes took place on April 28, 2021. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Vincent Floreani – The Consul General of France in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Frédéric Alliod – Regional Attaché for Film, TV, Radio & New Media of the Institut Français du Vietnam, and many business partners such as Gameloft, Sparx*, Glass Egg, Bad Clay Studio, TopCV… and Vietnam Investment Group (VIG).
Both parties committed to closely cooperate not only in developing joint academic programs but also other digital technology and design projects.
According to the agreement, VTC Academy graduates can enroll to study abroad for the final year at RUBIKA either in France or Canada. At RUBIKA, students will be fully equipped with in-depth knowledge and skills as well as foreign language skills to confidently apply to various international companies and studios.

Regarding the reasons for cooperating with VTC Academy to deploy joint academic programs, Mr. Stéphane André – CEO of RUBIKA said: “We share the same values, especially the mission of turning passion into a profession”.
RUBIKA was established in 1988, specializing in training Video games, 2D/3D Animation, and Design. According to Animation Career Review, in 2019, RUBIKA was ranked second in the World among 3D Animation schools and was the leader in game training in France (according to Le Figaro Etudiant) with more than 800 international awards and 300 global business. RUBIKA builds a practice-based education method that focuses on real projects, artistic mindset, and essential tools.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Vincent Floreani – The Consul General of France in Ho Chi Minh City shared that this partnership between two parties in training game development and 3D animation is a milestone in education between Vietnam and France. “This is the first time RUBIKA decides to enter a partnership in education with a member in ASEAN,” he shared.
This signing ceremony is an important milestone for sustainable and long-term cooperation between VTC Academy and RUBIKA, which helps Vietnamese students have more opportunities to approach advanced education in developed countries around the world. As a consequence, they can confidently overcome the barriers of knowledge, skills, culture, and language to become global citizens and participate in big projects.
Mr. Hoang Viet Tung – Chairman at VTC Academy also said: “After more than a decade of training talented artists to meet the needs in Vietnam, we have set a further vision: training high-qualified Vietnamese students who have better opportunities in other developed countries such as France, Canada, Singapore, the US, etc.”
In this event, VTC Academy also officially announced the establishment of VTC Academy Plus – a series of high-quality academic programs belonging to VTC Academy and specializing in training Advanced 3D Animation, Software Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence Engineering, and ensuring international standards. VTC Academy Plus was designed with an innovative and modern learning space. The new campus of VTC Academy Plus will be located in Cau Giay, Hanoi.
